Set up a separate work profile or space
Keeping work and personal apps in separate containers protects both. Your employer manages one side without touching your photos.
- On Android, set up a Work profile so work apps and data sit in their own container.
- On iPhone, expect work apps and accounts to be managed separately via your employer’s setup.
- Keep personal logins, photos and messages out of the work container.
- Understand your employer can manage or wipe the work side, not your personal apps.
- Ask your IT team if you’re unsure what they can and can’t see.
