Scan to email or PDF
Most office printers scan straight to email or a folder. Saves walking paper back to your desk.
- Place the document face-down on the glass or in the top feeder, lined up to the marked corner.
- On the printer’s screen, choose Scan, then Scan to Email or Scan to Folder.
- Enter your email address or pick it from the address book, and set the format to PDF.
- For multi-page documents, use the feeder or choose the add-another-page option on the glass.
- Press Start, then check your inbox or the folder; resolution of 300 dpi is fine for most paperwork.
