Lock my phone if I lose it

Do this from any computer or another phone. Sooner is better.

  1. iPhone: go to icloud.com/find, sign in with your Apple ID. Pick the phone, click Lost Mode, add a message and a contact number.
  2. Android: go to android.com/find, sign in with your Google account. Pick the device, choose Secure device (locks it with a message).
  3. If you can’t recover it within 24 hours: from the same panel choose Erase device.
  4. Then immediately go to aka.ms/mfasetup — remove the phone as an MFA method.
  5. Email Warren so we can revoke any active sign-in tokens for your account.

Still stuck after those?

You’ve done the right thing by trying. Send whedo.it a quick note — what you tried, what you saw — and a senior pair of eyes will be on it the same business day.
