Enrol your phone in Intune or Company Portal
Enrolling lets your work apps run securely on your phone under your employer’s policy. It manages work data, not your personal photos.
- Install Company Portal (or Intune) from your phone’s app store.
- Open it and sign in with your work email and password, approving any Authenticator prompt.
- Follow the prompts to register the device and accept the listed terms.
- Let it apply settings; you may be asked to set a screen lock or update the OS to meet policy.
- Once it shows compliant, your work apps will open; this manages only the work side, not your personal apps or media.
