Respond to a conditional-access prompt
Sometimes sign-in stops to check your device meets policy before letting you in. Usually a quick fix you can do yourself.
- Read the message; it usually names what’s needed, such as enrolment, an update, or a compliant device.
- If it asks you to register or enrol, open Company Portal and complete the steps it shows.
- If it wants an OS or app update, install that, then try signing in again.
- If it asks for Authenticator approval, approve the matching number on your phone.
- If you’re blocked with no clear action, screenshot the message and send it to IT rather than retrying endlessly.
