Fix blurry text or scaling in AVD

Fuzzy text in AVD is usually a display-scaling mismatch between your screen and the session. A reconnect with the right setting clears it.

  1. Note the blur is worst on high-resolution or 4K laptop screens.
  2. Sign out of the session, not just disconnect.
  3. In the client, open your desktop’s display settings and turn on a high-DPI or scaling option if available.
  4. Reconnect; the session should redraw at the correct sharpness.
  5. If text is still soft, set your local Windows display scaling to a standard value (100% or 150%) and reconnect.
