Stop a real sender’s mail going to Junk

When good mail lands in Junk, marking it and adding the sender as safe usually fixes it for good.

  1. Open the Junk Email folder and select the wrongly filed message.
  2. Choose Not junk (or Report → Not junk) to move it back to the Inbox.
  3. Add the sender to your Safe Senders list — right-click → Junk → Never Block Sender, or add their address in Junk Email settings.
  4. For a whole supplier, add their domain (the part after the @) rather than one address.
  5. Check the message wasn’t also quarantined; if filtering keeps catching them, tell whedo.it.
  6. Review your Blocked Senders list occasionally in case a contact was blocked by mistake.

Still stuck after those?

You’ve done the right thing by trying. Send whedo.it a quick note — what you tried, what you saw — and a senior pair of eyes will be on it the same business day.
