Stop a real sender’s mail going to Junk
When good mail lands in Junk, marking it and adding the sender as safe usually fixes it for good.
- Open the Junk Email folder and select the wrongly filed message.
- Choose Not junk (or Report → Not junk) to move it back to the Inbox.
- Add the sender to your Safe Senders list — right-click → Junk → Never Block Sender, or add their address in Junk Email settings.
- For a whole supplier, add their domain (the part after the @) rather than one address.
- Check the message wasn’t also quarantined; if filtering keeps catching them, tell whedo.it.
- Review your Blocked Senders list occasionally in case a contact was blocked by mistake.
Still stuck after those?
You’ve done the right thing by trying. Send whedo.it a quick note — what you tried, what you saw — and a senior pair of eyes will be on it the same business day.
